$1,000 Storm Relief Customer Support Program

Due to the severe weather and flooding of Hurricane Florence, many people’s vehicles were damaged. Toyota hopes to help those affected by launching a $1,000 Customer Support Program.

Program Details


In order to qualify, customers must have sustained vehicle damage and provide proof of an insurance claim or a verifiable/official document.

Valid For

2019 and 2018 new and untitled Toyota models.

Insurance Claim

Customers who can show a copy of their insurance claim or official, verifiable documentation from their carrier showing their vehicle was damaged (the vehicle doesn’t have to be a Toyota) or totaled due to the flooding or severe weather between 9/13/18 and 9/24/18 will qualify.

One Per Person

With this program, just one Customer Support Program Certificate can be applied per new vehicle transactions.

Combined Offers

This $1,000 rebate is eligible to combine with all other offers.


Brand new vehicles must be sold, reported, and contracted between September 16, 2018, and October 31, 2018.


The Complete Customer Support Program Certificate and the Insurance Claim/Verifiable documentation must be received by December 31, 2018.
